We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are willing to learn the swimming pool trade from the ground up. No two days are the same in this hands-on role, and there’s plenty of room for advancement for those who show up and put in the work.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    ✅ Assisting in all phases of pool construction, including site prep, excavation, framing, and concrete work
    ✅ Operating small hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
    ✅ Carrying and positioning materials, ensuring a clean and efficient worksite
    ✅ Working outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting up to 100 lbs, and performing physical labor
    ✅ Supporting experienced crew leaders and learning specialized skills in the trade

    What We Expect From You:

    ✔️ Strong work ethic—show up on time and be ready to work
    ✔️ Willingness to learn and follow directions
    ✔️ Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean MVR
    ✔️ A working and reliable cell phone
    ✔️ Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred, but we will train the right person
